1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on jilbat, depositing funds, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or simply browsing the platform, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. These documents together form the complete agreement between you and jilbat regarding your use of the platform.

These Terms apply to all users of jilbat regardless of their location within Bangladesh, the device or browser they use to access the platform, or the type of activity they engage in (sports betting, casino games, fishing games, or any other product offered on jilbat).

jilbat reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via a notice displayed on the platform. Continued use of jilbat following notification of amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an account on jilbat, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. jilbat is an adults-only platform and strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process before any withdrawal is processed.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of an employee of jilbat or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or platform suppliers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from jilbat or any affiliated platform.

jilbat may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documents within a reasonable period will result in account suspension pending further review.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Registration

To use jilbat's real-money services, you must complete the registration process and create a single player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Bangladesh mobile number for SMS verification. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information at all times.

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) active jilbat account. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through the use of another person's account — is strictly prohibited. jilbat employs device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity-matching tools to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any pending balances will be forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party. jilbat will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must contact jilbat support immediately. jilbat cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, available in Account Settings. This adds a second layer of protection to your jilbat login using your registered Bangladesh mobile number.

3.4 KYC Verification

jilbat is required to verify the identity of its players in accordance with its anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations. You may be asked to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a National Identity Card or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed or at any other time deemed appropriate by jilbat's compliance team. Refusal to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal being suspended until documentation is provided.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

jilbat supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT): bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of individual payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

4.2 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on jilbat is ৳200 for mobile wallet transactions (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Minimum deposit thresholds for bank transfer methods may differ and are displayed in the cashier at the time of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. jilbat does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

Deposits are credited to your jilbat balance as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. jilbat accepts no responsibility for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

4.3 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by jilbat's payments team within the timeframes displayed in the cashier at the time of request. For verified accounts, mobile wallet withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution's processing schedules.

jilbat reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed to a payment method other than one that has been used to deposit funds into the account, except at jilbat's sole discretion.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts on jilbat are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion is applied. Players from all eight divisions of Bangladesh interact with the platform in their native currency without any exchange rate exposure.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

jilbat employs fraud detection systems that monitor all payment activity on the platform. Any transaction suspected of being fraudulent, related to money laundering, or inconsistent with normal player behaviour may be suspended pending investigation. jilbat cooperates fully with relevant financial authorities and law enforcement bodies in relation to suspected financial crime.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

jilbat offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events on the Bangladesh calendar such as BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Bangladesh Victory Day. All promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games on jilbat contribute equally (or at all) to bonus wagering requirements. Contribution percentages are listed in the promotion's specific terms. Live dealer games and certain table games may contribute at a reduced rate.
• Expiry: All bonus funds and free bets carry an expiry date stated in the relevant promotion terms. Unused bonus funds are forfeited upon expiry without any cash equivalent being paid.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted in the promotion terms.
• Abuse: jilbat reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close accounts, where there is evidence that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional offers rather than engage in genuine recreational play.
• Eligibility: Some promotions are restricted to players who have not previously claimed a similar offer, to players from specific regions of Bangladesh, or to players at certain activity tiers. Eligibility criteria are stated in the relevant promotion terms.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on jilbat are governed by these Terms and by the sport-specific rules published in the sportsbook help section. jilbat offers pre-match and in-play betting markets on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, hockey, tennis, and e-sports. Odds are offered in decimal format. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable sport-specific rules.

jilbat reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet at any time if there is evidence of a technical error in the odds, a result that has been incorrectly recorded, market manipulation, or any event that jilbat deems to materially affect the fairness of the bet. In such cases, stakes will be returned.

6.2 Casino & Live Dealer Games

All casino games and live dealer titles on jilbat are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe. Each game operates according to its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. All outcomes from certified RNG-based games are random and independently audited. jilbat is not responsible for any technical malfunction within a game studio's software; in such cases, relevant bets may be voided and stakes returned.

6.3 Fishing Games

Fishing games available on jilbat (including Fisher Game and Star Fishing) are skill-influenced arcade-style games governed by the rules of the respective game provider. Players should familiarise themselves with the mechanics and paytable of each fishing game before wagering real money.

6.4 Bet Acceptance

jilbat reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Bets are only confirmed once a bet confirmation reference number is issued by the platform. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to a technical interruption will not be considered valid and stakes will be returned.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jilbat. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening more than one player account or operating an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological aid to place bets or interact with the platform without jilbat's express written consent.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software, whether in games, the sportsbook, the cashier, or any other component.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, event manipulation, or use of insider information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an advantage in live dealer card games or any other multiplayer game format.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the jilbat platform, including depositing funds obtained through illegal means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilbat's customer support team or other users of the platform.
• Attempting to circumvent the platform's responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion systems, or account limits.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content on jilbat without written authorisation.

8. Account Closure & Suspension

8.1 Closure by jilbat

jilbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) jilbat suspects fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity; (c) the player's continued use of the platform poses a reputational, legal, or financial risk to jilbat; or (d) jilbat is required to do so by applicable law or by order of a competent authority.

In the event of account closure by jilbat for breach of these Terms, any pending or available balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. Where closure is not the result of a breach, jilbat will return the remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) to the player via their verified payment method.

8.2 Closure by Player

Players may request account closure at any time by contacting jilbat's support team via live chat or email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 48 hours. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding non-withdrawable bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following standard processing times. Accounts closed at the player's request may be reopened upon written request to the support team, subject to jilbat's discretion.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who believe gambling may be negatively affecting them may activate jilbat's self-exclusion feature directly from their account dashboard. Self-exclusion periods range from one week to permanent exclusion. During the exclusion period, account login is disabled and all marketing communications are suspended. jilbat takes self-exclusion requests seriously and processes them with immediate effect. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jilbat's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jilbat shall not be liable for any of the following types of loss, whether direct or indirect: loss of profits, loss of opportunity, loss of winnings arising from technical malfunctions, loss of data, consequential or incidental losses, or losses arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms.

jilbat's platform and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While jilbat makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for interruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, third-party service outages, power cuts, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances beyond jilbat's reasonable control.

jilbat accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from a player's reliance on information published on the platform (including odds, statistics, or match data), or from decisions made on the basis of such information.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the jilbat platform — including but not limited to the jilbat brand name and logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software, game interfaces (where provided by jilbat), and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of jilbat or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, transmit, display, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the jilbat platform without jilbat's prior written consent.

Game content, including game software, graphics, and audio, provided by third-party studios such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and Spribe, remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution of game content is prohibited and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with principles of fair dealing and the general norms of international online gaming industry practice. jilbat operates as a safe and reliable platform with a commitment to fair play certification and player protection standards consistent with leading international operators.

11.1 Dispute Resolution Procedure

If you have a dispute with jilbat relating to your account, a bet, a transaction, or the application of these Terms, you must first contact jilbat's customer support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Please provide your account username, a detailed description of the issue, and any supporting evidence. jilbat's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 14 calendar days.

If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction within the 14-day period, you may escalate the matter in writing to jilbat's senior compliance team at the same email address, marked clearly as a formal escalation. jilbat will provide a final written response within a further 14 calendar days.

12. Amendments to These Terms

jilbat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following:

• Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice displayed prominently on the jilbat platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.
• The effective date of any updated version of these Terms will be stated at the top of this page. The version number will also be incremented to reflect the update.
• Your continued use of jilbat after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform and request account closure.
• Minor amendments — such as corrections to typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any term, or updates to reflect changes in payment provider names — may be made without advance notice and will take effect immediately upon publication.
